The Direct Referral Line is a centralized toll free number which will allow you to schedule the injured worker into the most convenient location within the PRN network throughout California. The following are some of the additional services the staff on the Direct Referral Line offers:

• Early or late appointments will be scheduled if the patient is working modified or full duty.
• We will locate and schedule with therapist owned clinics in areas where we do not have coverage. These clinics are Medicare certified.
• We have built a database of all the specialty services within our Network to schedule appointments for: Occupational Therapy (OT), Certified Hand Therapy (CHT), Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), Aquatic Therapy, Ergonomics Assessments, etc.
• Nurses may still schedule directly with clinics but the Direct Referral Line saves time and there is no additional fee for utilizing this service.
• There is no physician ownership or potential conflict of interest in any of our clinics.
• Care is delivered in a cost-effective manner by highly qualified therapists.
