Since joining PRN in 2019 as Chief Executive Officer, Ajay Gupta has been a catalyst in developing and driving PRN’s operational proficiencies, transformational structure and visionary growth strategy. Under Ajay’s direction, PRN has focused on accelerating strategic growth, including health system partnerships, employer focused MSK worksite health programs, and investing in a scalable infrastructure, while building a diversified payor mix and widening PRN's geographic footprint, which has grown more than 50 percent.   

Ajay brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience developing national scale multi-specialty physician practice management companies, post-acute care and value-based risk arrangements.  

Prior to PRN, Ajay held senior positions at for-profit Companies including HCA Healthcare, Envision Healthcare and Integrated Oncology Network (ION). In these roles Ajay advised and executed on mergers and acquisitions, operational excellence, devised unique payer/provider models of care and enabled joint-venture partners to be sustainable and profitable.  

A native Nashvillian, Ajay holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and bachelor’s in Public Health from UNC-Chapel Hill. Outside of the office and clinical setting, Ajay enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also has a passion for adventure and travel and likes to keep active through spinning, yoga and tennis.

A Top-10 COO OnCon Icon '23 honoree, Rob Pace brings over 25 years of experience in the physical therapy industry to his role as the Chief Operating Officer at PRN. Rob understands the healthcare landscape from a clinical and business lens, dating back to his experience practicing in Arizona, California and Illinois, as well as his tenure at Physiotherapy Associates, Inc., where he oversaw the clinical and corporate operations for their multi-site healthcare support network. 

As a seasoned and accomplished healthcare leader, Rob brings a strong strategic and tactical perspective, which allows PRN to effectively scale processes and procedures that deliver quality physical therapy care. Rob's aptitudes allowed PRN to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, where he effectively transformed the organization's care models to adapt to the continued shifts in healthcare and treatment guidelines. This included the implementation of telehealth services at PRN, which allowed the organization to continue hitting service and growth goals while providing leading levels of patient care. 

Rob’s respected leadership style is best represented through PRN's designation as one of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work in 2021. This award is further proof of Rob’s commitment to the clinical and support staff at PRN - ensuring they have the resources and development tools needed to grow professionally and personally.

Rob earned his Master of Science degree in physical therapy from Ithaca College. Rob and his wife, Jennifer, live in the Phoenix area with their two daughters. In his free time, Rob enjoys working out, water skiing and cheering on his daughters at their volleyball and basketball games.

Nick Poan brings nearly 20 years’ experience serving as a catalyst for driving operational and transformation proficiencies for publicly- and privately-held companies, most notably in the healthcare services industry. In his role, Nick is pivotal in strategically assessing and mitigating financial risks as well as providing dependable outcome-oriented controls and reporting processes that help establish sustainable and profitable efficiencies. Nick’s early financial skills, experience and success, specifically in the multi-site healthcare sector, were developed working for organizations such as: Alliance HealthCare Services, Envision Healthcare, Elements Behavioral Health and NVISION Eye Centers.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Chapman University.

Kim Rosenlund joins PRN as the Senior Vice President of Marketing where she’ll apply her more than 17 years’ of multi-site healthcare marketing experience building out the marketing function to support the organization’s goal of becoming the premier physical therapy group in the central and western United States.

As a transformational and growth-driven marketer, Kim has helped establish, build and execute marketing strategies for several of the nation’s largest physical therapy and healthcare organizations. Over the years Kim has concentrated on the effects and importance of digital transformation and the positive impact it can have on the customer and employee experience.

Brett Windsor, PT, MPA, PhD, MPA, OCS, FAAOMPT, graduated as a physiotherapist from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia, in 1994. Prior to coming to the US, Brett worked in sports medicine in Australia and the United Kingdom before a 5-year stint in Indiana and Michigan.

Brett became an ABPTS board certified orthopedic clinical specialist in 2000 and completed the NAIOMT Clinical Fellowship in Manual Therapy in 2003, graduating to fellowship in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (FAAOMPT) in 2004. Following eight years as an Assistant professor at DPT programs with Pacific University and Campbell University, Brett moved to ATI Physical Therapy where he served as the Vice-President of Clinical Excellence, responsible for the clinical pathways and care patterns leading to improvements in clinical outcomes. He then served two years in an SVP role for ATI.

Brett is now an Associate Professor with Rasmussen University, while also serving as the Executive Director of NAIOMT and the President of Eduglobal Associates, a not-for profit organization which facilitates US DPT students completing clinical education experiences in Europe. Brett holds an adjunct appointment at Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA.Brett is a published author; his research interests are musculoskeletal PT, in particular the relationship between clinical reasoning and the development of objectively measurable expertise. He also enjoys work-place based assessment investigations and novel methods of assessing the development of clinical reasoning skills in pre and post professional students.

Brett is also working to implement competency education programs into post-professional development pathways. Brett regularly presents at regional, national and international programs. Brett was the lead instructor of manual therapy at the Fondazione Turati Rehabilitation Institute in Gavinana, Tuscany between 2007 and 2011 andhas been a faculty instructor in the post-graduate manual therapy program at the Kenyatta Medical Training College in Nairobi, Kenya. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon and completed his PhD at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. His dissertation investigated the ability of script concordance testing to discriminate expertise in clinical reasoning related to the lumbar spine. Brett is a past vice-chair of the Washington State Physical Therapy Licensing Board. He currently resides in Estero, Florida.

Christina has been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years and largely focused on analyzing revenue trends, collection efforts and payor reimbursement for various large-scale corporations. She has managed to identify and improve inefficiencies pertaining to collections, front office processes, and billing procedures all affecting revenue cycle. Christina’s ability to assess and identify key steps in the billing process has made her a valuable asset at the executive level.

Aaron Cohen brings more than 17 years of experience working across industries in both in-house and Human Resources consulting roles. Recently, he was a Director of Human Capital consulting at EnspiraHR, working with start-up and mid-sized organizations to scale their People Operations teams, policies, and processes. Under Cohen’s leadership, among the HR team’s many  operational priorities, the team will be focused on driving the evolution of PRN’s inclusive and collaborative culture and supporting PRN’s patient-facing employees by removing the obstacles and roadblocks to providing a premier outpatient experience.

As our Oregon and Washington AVP, Lindsey brings with her eight years’ experience in not only treating patients but leading and supporting the growth efforts of her practices. Lindsey started her tenure with PRN as a PT, and through her many successes, has advanced from a PT, to clinic director, to regional director and now her current role as AVP. Lindsey’s positive influence on physical therapy will truly enable us to continue providing the best patient care in a friendly, supportive environment.

Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Idaho, a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University, and MBA from Seattle Pacific University.

Rob has over 20 years of clinical experience and has worked in a variety of leadership roles in both outpatient and hospital settings. He holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences and a Master’s in Health Administration from Colorado State University. He was the direct manager of 18 facilities for the nation’s second largest outpatient rehabilitation provider before moving into a role as Vice President.

Abby joins PRN with more than 17 years of physical therapy experience, 14 of which were spent in a leadership role. Most recently, Abby worked as a district director for a national multi-site PT provider where she led the operational activities for 25 clinics across Arizona and California. Abby has also played a leading role in establishing and maintaining several institutional and health system relationships.

Abby received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Science from Loras College and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Abby’s notoriety as a leader in sports medicine and physical therapy, along with her passion for collaboration and mentorship are welcomed attributes as we continue to strengthen both the leadership team and the overall PRN culture.

Jeff received his clinical doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh. He has been a practicing physical therapist for the past 13 years and has worked in a variety of outpatient models of care as staff therapist, clinical director and owner of a facility. He utilizes his clinical and management experience to help all staff members be successful within the region.

Adam is a CPA with over 20 years of experience directing the corporate accounting and finance departments for both publicly-held and private companies, spanning multiple business environments and industries from healthcare services to consumer products. Adam is fundamentally skilled in accounting and finance, with a Big 4 audit background.

Adam is blessed with two daughters, and enjoys hiking, running and watching college football.

Casey Russell PT, DPT, OCS, MSHA moves into the role of Vice President with over 10 years’ of physical therapy experience, 8 of that in leadership. Most recently, he worked as a Regional Director in San Diego for PRN Physical Therapy. Prior to joining PRN, Casey was a Multi-site Clinic Director for ATI Physical Therapy in Chicagoland. He believes in having strong clinical foundations and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. In addition to clinical expertise, Casey is experienced in optimizing patient outcomes, staff performance, and teamwork through thoughtful coaching, mentorship, and utilization of technology.

Casey received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Augustana College and both a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Masters of Healthcare Administration degrees from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.”

Geoff brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry to his role at PRN. His career spans a variety of roles, including clinical work, operational management, and business development, with a strong emphasis on sales. Geoff's expertise lies in understanding the complex needs of healthcare facilities and translating these into effective, scalable solutions that benefit both patients and healthcare providers.

At PRN, Geoff is responsible for driving the sales of the company's core rehab service lines. His approach combines a deep commitment to enhancing patient quality of life - emphasizing purpose, safety, and dignity - with a strategic vision aimed at helping partner organizations improve their care pathways.

Colleen Medlin, PT, DPT, CEAS, CIPS, serves as the Vice President of Workers Compensation at PRN, focusing on delivering high-quality workers' compensation programs for employers, adjusters, case managers, physicians, and injured workers. She also assists employers in reducing OSHA recordables and developing safety and wellness programs. Colleen holds a Masters in Physical Therapy (2002) and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2006) from Misericordia University.

With over 20 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, she started her career as a Physical Therapist. In 2011, she became the Workers Compensation Clinical Specialist for the East region of Physiotherapy Associates, and later, with Select Medical's acquisition of Physio in 2016, she assumed the role of Regional Director of WorkStrategies. Colleen then joined Phoenix Physical Therapy as Director of Clinical Operations for WorkPlace Health and Workers’ Compensation, followed by a tenure as Director of Workers’ Compensation Clinical Services at Professional Physical Therapy. Additionally, she is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist and Certified Injury Prevention Specialist.

Clarissa brings over 20 years of human resources experience to the team. Her expertise includes talent management, organizational development and benefits administration. She holds a Business Management degree from University of Phoenix, as well as professional certificates from Chapman University and University of California, San Diego in the field of Human Resource Management.

Stuart joins PRN with 15 years of leading Global Information Technology Operation and Engineering Teams in multiple industries including manufacturing, healthcare and business process outsourcing. Stuart’s experience with enterprise transformation will allow PRN to leverage new technologies to allow us to continue to grow and meet our ever evolving technology needs.

In Stuart’s more recent position as the Senior Director of Enterprise Systems and Cloud Technologies with Alorica Inc, Stuart was responsible for the consolidation and migration of global datacenters to the Microsoft Azure Cloud, including a project to deploy a global VPN solution to support 30K users during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.  His operational responsibilities included 24×7 global incident and engineering support for 70K agents.

Stuart has a degree in Psychology from Biola University and multiple industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, HP and Citrix.

Erika has 30 years of clinical and leadership experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics. She graduated from Ithaca College in upstate New York, and went on to obtain certifications in Manual Therapy and Intramuscular Manual Therapy (trigger point dry needling). She oversees the development and implementation of the comprehensive quality and compliance program at PRN, and is trying to broaden the company’s culture of compliance through education and training.

Brandon Prideaux joins PRN as the new Head of Talent Acquisition where he will build and scale the recruitment philosophy, processes, and team to meet the needs of our ever-growing clinic network. Brandon has been in healthcare recruitment for 12 years with 10 of that in a leadership capacity. He has a BA and MBA both from Fresno Pacific University. Three years ago he moved his wife and two daughters (7 and 10) from central California to the Nashville area where he began his most recent role as Division Director of Talent Acquisition for HCA healthcare, overseeing the recruitment process for 16 Tennessee/Kentucky hospitals.

In his free time, Brandon and his family enjoy camping and exploring the country in their motorhome. They have a family campaign that they call “50x50”. They are trying to eat or sleep in all 50 states as a family before he and his wife are 50. They are currently at 19 and have 10 years to finish the rest.
