As health care professionals, nothing is more important to us than protecting the health and well-being of our patients, staff and community. The team here shares everyone’s concerns about the ongoing precautions of COVID-19 and are taking all necessary precautions to maintain a safe environment for our patients and staff.
For those of you with an existing appointment, we look forward to seeing you and want to reassure you that our talented and dedicated staff are doing everything we can to promote a safe and healthy visit in alignment with recommendations from the CDC and local health officials. We have full confidence in our current safety measurements, which allow us to continue providing quality care in a safe and comfortable environment for our patients and staff.
To protect our patients, staff and community, we’ve put into place the below safety features and protocols
- Pre-Screening: All patients will be asked several screening questions prior to coming in for appointments and temperatures will be checked upon arrival.
- Elevated infection control: We elevated our infection control standards in accordance with new guidelines from the CDC and local health officials, including thorough disinfection of treatment rooms/tables, equipment, instruments and supplies as well as all high touch contact surfaces throughout the clinics. We’ve also installed Plexiglass barriers at all check-in areas.
- Continued Staff Training: Our entire staff underwent (and continues to be updated as appropriate) extensive safety training to practice enhanced precautions to limit COVID-19 exposure based on company protocols. We remain up to date as new guidelines are released and will engage in ongoing training as needed.
- PPE for All Staff: You’ll see our protective gear has been enhanced in accordance with the CDC and local health official recommendations, including surgical masks, gloves and face shields/eye protection (as appropriate).
