Prior to PRN, Kim has spent nearly 20 years in multi-site healthcare marketing roles with specific emphasis in transformational and growth-driven initiatives. Kim has established, built and executed on highly lucrative (and well-known) marketing strategies for several of the nation’s largest physical therapy and healthcare organizations. In fact, Kim was a key contributor to an employee branding effort that was awarded a coveted Gold SABRE award in 2017. Over the years Kim has concentrated on the effects and importance of digital transformation and the positive impact it can have on the customer and employee experience.

As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Kim will oversee and own responsibility for PRN’s direct to consumer marketing strategy and patient experience. Kim will also be responsible for developing and implementing continual innovation and improvement of our digital marketing support and transformation through systems and process evaluation, implementation of marketing standards and performance outcome measurements.
