"Through the program, I’ve gained a better understanding of both the internal and external factors that influence business operations," Tristan shared. "One of the biggest challenges new leaders face is feeling like they can’t solve problems. Firebrand gave me the framework and confidence to approach those challenges head-on."

"I work to clarify unspoken expectations and make trust and transparency part of my daily interactions," he explained. "It’s helped prevent disruptions in the clinic—and even in my personal life."
