David’s arrival couldn’t come at a better time. As we expand our footprint, launch new partnerships, and double down on delivering an exceptional patient experience, we’re also focused on strengthening what makes PRN special: our people, our clinics, and our shared purpose.
As COO, David will oversee day-to-day clinical operations across our multi-state network and lead the charge on performance, patient experience, and clinic culture. He’ll be working closely with our regional and clinic leaders to support consistency, elevate care, and make sure we’re always putting patients—and the clinicians who care for them—first.

David brings more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience, with a unique blend of operational know-how and a clinician’s heart. He started his career as a physical therapist and went on to serve in senior roles at Compassus, Select Medical, and Encompass Health. Most recently, he led enterprise growth as Chief Development Officer at Compassus.
“What drew me to PRN is the clear commitment to building something meaningful—for patients, for clinicians, and for communities,” David said. “There’s real momentum here, and I’m excited to help us grow in ways that matter most.”
