At PRN, we believe culture isn’t something you talk about - it’s something you live. That’s why we’re proud to announce a new wave of leadership appointments and promotions that don’t just reflect where we’re going, but who we want to be as an organization.
These four leaders bring more than impressive resumes. They bring vision, empathy, and the kind of experience that transforms how teams work, grow, and care for others.
Rob Marchant has been promoted to Executive Vice President. If you’ve worked with Rob, you know he leads with both heart and clarity. With 20+ years in clinical and operational roles, he’s helped shape how we think about partnerships, performance, and the patient journey. Now, in his new role, Rob will continue to be a cornerstone of how we scale while staying grounded in our values.
Brandi Thornhill joins PRN to lead Talent Acquisition. A strategic and collaborative leader, Brandi is here to elevate how we attract and engage top-tier talent. With deep experience across clinical and corporate spaces, she’s not just focused on hiring — she’s building the foundation for long-term team success and cultural alignment.
Alison Krumm, our new VP of Human Resources, brings humor, humanity, and a fierce commitment to people. She understands that HR isn’t just about process - it’s about unlocking potential. Alison will be at the forefront of how we support our teams, develop our leaders, and protect the spirit of PRN as we grow.
George “Magic” Sun steps into the role of SVP of Corporate Development. Known for his deep M&A expertise and sharp business mind, George is also someone who understands that partnerships are built on trust. He’ll be leading our growth strategy through new ventures — but with a clear eye on how every opportunity connects back to our mission and people.
Together, these leaders are helping us build something bigger than a network of clinics. They’re shaping a culture rooted in purpose, people, and progress.
The next chapter is here - and it’s in good hands.
