In his new role, Brian will lead our development strategy - overseeing our M&A pipeline, evaluating strategic opportunities, supporting integration efforts, and fueling growth across new markets and service lines.
Brian brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare M&A, strategic finance, and post-acquisition integration. He’s led more than $475 million in completed transactions, built strong development teams, and helped organizations grow in thoughtful, sustainable ways. His blend of financial expertise and real-world operational insight makes him a great fit for PRN as we continue to expand.
