Carlsbad, CA – Physical Rehabilitation Network, LLC, (PRN), one of the most prominent physical therapy partnership networks, has brought on a Director of Payor Contracting and a new Vice President of Sales. These newly filled roles will play a strategic part in the future growth of the organization and allow the company to better support our partners, providers and ultimately our patients.
Vicki Hastings joins the PRN team as the Director of Payor Contracting with over 25 years of experience as a managed care professional. She has been involved in all aspects of contracting including network development, provider contracting and management, credentialing and enrollment on behalf of both managed care organizations and providers. Over the course of her career, Vicki has worked in both the for-profit and the not-for-profit sectors and has had the opportunity to negotiate agreements on behalf of several large healthcare systems. Vicki lives in the Dallas area and we are excited to have her on board.
We also welcome Kyle Kircher, the new VP of Sales, who brings a unique combination of senior level management, working with physical therapy in both medical device and occupational medicine service. This includes over 20 years of extensive healthcare sales leadership experience and most recently was the national VP of Sales for the second largest occupational medicine provider in the US. Kyle lives in Northern California with his family, and will be overseeing the field sales reps across the company.
