Cascade Rehabilitation Associates has long served the residents of Snohomish County with five unique locations offering a full range of outpatient services. Cascade Rehabilitation was formed in 1998 by a group of local physical and occupational therapists devoted to professional excellence and, personalized care. These therapists were immediately welcomed into the community as dedicated healthcare professionals committed to meeting the needs and goals of patients.

Cascade’s physical and occupational therapists provide general outpatient therapy at clinics located in downtown Everett, Harbour Pointe, Mount Vernon, Silver Lake and Smokey Point. Some of the locations also offer a variety of specialty services including certified hand therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and aquatic programs. All facilities offer evidence-based treatment to patients of all ages and provide one-on-one care specific to meet an individual’s needs and goals.
