Knee Pain

Knee pain is a very common condition to have over the course of your life. Knee pain can cause limitations in daily activity such as walking, sleeping, climbing stairs and/or sporting activities. The most common cause of knee pain is osteoarthritis changes which typically occur in individuals over the age of 50. Knee pain can also be caused by an injury in which there is a damage to the ligaments and/or meniscus of the knee. Knee pain can also be associated with swelling, giving way or buckling.
