Ajay Gupta

CEO

Ajay Gupta is a highly motivated healthcare executive, with 20+ years of experience, who values and demonstrates performance excellence, accountability, and innovative thinking around building and developing healthcare organizations. Ajay has had the opportunity to work across many facets of healthcare services from his time at CMS, for-profit health systems, developing national scale multi-specialty physician practice management companies, post-acute care and value-based risk arrangements. Ajay earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University, and Bachelors in Public Health from UNC-Chapel Hill. Ajay and his wife, Karina, have two children and are originally from Nashville, TN.

Mark Fuller

CAO

Mark has a broad financial background with leadership roles spanning multiple business environments and industries. He has worked for both large public companies such as ITT Corporation and Caesars World, as well as private equity-backed multi-unit businesses invested in healthcare and education. He began his career in public accounting and holds a CPA license in both Colorado and California. Mark and Judy are blessed with three sons, Chase, Michael, and Luke.

Rob Pace

COO

Rob is a proud graduate of Ithaca College/University of Rochester’s Physical Therapy program. Along with being a very strong clinical Physical Therapist in Arizona, California, and Illinois, Rob is a seasoned and accomplished healthcare manager. Rob lives in the Phoenix area with his wife, Jennifer, and their two daughters. Outside of work, Rob can be found working out, water skiing, or being a proud father and fan at either a volleyball or basketball game.

Mike Rice

CDO

Michael has over 25 years of experience in healthcare service-based companies where he has held senior leadership roles in both development and operations. He is a former CPA and holds a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from DePaul University. He directs PRN’s development activities by targeting de novo opportunities and acquisitions through its partnership-based model with therapists.

Collin Brown

EVP

Collin Brown is an experienced corporate and healthcare law attorney who comes to PRN from Ardent Health Services, where he helped lead the company in healthcare acquisitions, including the historic UT Health East Texas health system joint venture with the University of Texas. Prior to Ardent Health, Collin also led the corporate healthcare activities as Senior corporate Counsel for Medstar Health, Inc. In this role, Collin drove negotiations and managed complex health system acquisitions, including a 263 bed acute care hospital and multi-specialty medical practices ranging from 5 to 75 physicians and the divestiture of a large durable medical equipment company.

Collin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and English from Samford University as well as a law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

Nick Poan

CFO

Nick Poan brings nearly 20 years’ experience serving as a catalyst for driving operational and transformation proficiencies for publicly- and privately-held companies, most notably in the healthcare services industry. In his role, Nick is pivotal in strategically assessing and mitigating financial risks as well as providing dependable outcome-oriented controls and reporting processes that help establish sustainable and profitable efficiencies. Nick’s early financial skills, experience and success, specifically in the multi-site healthcare sector, were developed working for organizations such as: Alliance HealthCare Services, Envision Healthcare, Elements Behavioral Health and NVINSION Eye Centers.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Chapman University.

Kevin Windle

Executive VP

Kevin has spent nearly 15 years working in the healthcare industry and has a strong background in data analysis and finance. Originally from New Jersey, he graduated from Villanova University with a BSBA. During his career with PRN, his various roles have spanned accounting, finance, and operations, giving him a very unique perspective within the Company and an ability to effectively communicate across all leadership levels providing oversight and education in a mentorship fashion to clinic directors.

Herschel Sharp

Senior VP, Operations

Herschel joins PRN with more than 20 years’ executive leadership and strategic development experience scaling acquisition growth and operational readiness initiatives in the healthcare industry. Herschel’s track record of rapidly driving processes and operational growth activities will be essential in allowing us to continue improving our growth, care and revenue cycle models.

In his most recent role as Chief Administration Officer at Evolution Health (a subsidiary of Envision Healthcare), Herschel executed an internal restructuring plan that led to an emphasis on Homecare operations and Joint Venture development. He also spearheaded successful M&A transactions and operational resource deployment for capitated provider-payor partnerships, which yielded strong earnings, efficiencies and savings while raising quality scores for the organization.

Herschel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M in College Station and MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Christina Sisco

VP of Revenue Cycle Management

Christina has been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years and largely focused on analyzing revenue trends, collection efforts and payor reimbursement for various large-scale corporations. She has managed to identify and improve inefficiencies pertaining to collections, front office processes, and billing procedures all affecting revenue cycle. Christina’s ability to assess and identify key steps in the billing process has made her a valuable asset at the executive level.

Kyle Kircher

VP of Sales

Kyle brings a unique combination of senior level management working with physical therapy in both medical device and occupational medicine service. This includes over 20 years of extensive healthcare sales leadership with privately held, publicly traded firms, and venture backed start-ups. He enjoys building winning teams who provide solutions to improve patient outcomes by changing the standard of care through cost effective, innovative products and services. Kyle started his sales and leadership career in orthopedic rehabilitation and pain management. After successfully leading 2 different regions in the medical device space he changed gears and directed a division in the health service sector of occupational medicine. From there he led the commercialization efforts of a first to market, disruptive, FDA approved device focused on treating lower extremity wounds. This wound care sales leadership experience later allowed him to consult with companies who needed assistance in launching new products. Most recently Kyle was the national VP of Sales for the second largest occupational medicine provider in the United States. Kyle holds a degree from the University of California, Davis. He enjoys spending time with his family, attending college sporting/social events, or any outdoor activity; especially exploring under the water as a master scuba diver.

Adam Richards

VP of Accounting

Adam is a CPA with over 20 years of experience directing the corporate accounting and finance departments for both publicly-held and private companies, spanning multiple business environments and industries from healthcare services to consumer products. Adam is fundamentally skilled in accounting and finance, with a Big 4 audit background.

Adam is blessed with two daughters, and enjoys hiking, running and watching college football.

Galen Danielson

VP – ID, ND, MN

Galen Danielson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner at RehabAuthority. Over the past 17 years, he’s embraced his responsibility of finding the right players on the Rehab Team and helping them succeed. Galen has been an integral part of growing RehabAuthority from a single clinic, to 17 clinics across Idaho, North Dakota and Minnesota. During his off time, Galen spends a lot of time on the lake fishing with his two sons, golfing with his wife of 23 years, and coaching youth sports.

Jeff Lipkin

VP – Colorado

Jeff received his clinical doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh. He has been a practicing physical therapist for the past 13 years and has worked in a variety of outpatient models of care as staff therapist, clinical director and owner of a facility. He utilizes his clinical and management experience to help all staff members be successful within the region.

Rob Marchant

VP – NorCal, NM, NV

Rob has over 20 years of clinical experience and has worked in a variety of leadership roles in both outpatient and hospital settings. He holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences and a Master’s in Health Administration from Colorado State University. He was the direct manager of 18 facilities for the nation’s second largest outpatient rehabilitation provider before moving into a role as Vice President.

Lindsey Knox

VP – WA

As our Washington AVP, Lindsey brings with her eight years’ experience in not only treating patients but leading and supporting the growth efforts of her practices. Lindsey started her tenure with PRN as a PT, and through her many successes, has advanced from a PT, to clinic director, to regional director and now her current role as AVP. Lindsey’s positive influence on physical therapy will truly enable us to continue providing the best patient care in a friendly, supportive environment.

Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Idaho, a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University, and MBA from Seattle Pacific University.

Vicki Hastings

VP of National Payor Contracting

Vicki has over 25 years of experience as managed care professional and has been involved in all aspects of managed care contracting including network development, provider contracting and management, credentialing and enrollment on behalf of both managed care organizations and providers. Vicki lives in the Dallas area with her husband, Rad. Vicki and Rad have one son, Clay.

Director of Human Resources

Clarissa brings over 20 years of human resources experience to the team. Her expertise includes talent management, organizational development and benefits administration. She holds a Business Management degree from University of Phoenix, as well as professional certificates from Chapman University and University of California, San Diego in the field of Human Resource Management.

Khang Le

Director of Information Technology

Khang has over 15 years of experience in the IT field and holds a BS in Computer Science from CSU San Marcos and a BA in Biology from University of Southern California. During his tenure at PRN, Khang has overseen the growth and improvements spanning the infrastructure including applications, systems administration, networks and securities. Khang and his wife, Sabrina, have two daughters, Alexis and Cassidy. You’ll likely find Khang on the tennis courts in his down time.

Stephen Kretschmar

Director of M&A

Stephen has broad background in finance and accounting with over 10 years of experience in M&A advisory and public accounting. Prior to Joining PRN, Stephen worked for BDO USA, LLP., where he led financial due diligence engagements on M&A transactions across a wide range of industries. Stephen has extensive experience providing finance/accounting services to wide range of companies in the healthcare space. Stephen holds a CPA license in California and graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. in accounting.

Stephen lives in Orange County with his wife Ashley and enjoys fishing, snowboarding, and surfing in his spare time.

Erika Jacob

Erika has 30 years of clinical and leadership experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics. She graduated from Ithaca College in upstate New York, and went on to obtain certifications in Manual Therapy and Intramuscular Manual Therapy (trigger point dry needling). She oversees the development and implementation of the comprehensive quality and compliance program at PRN, and is trying to broaden the company’s culture of compliance through education and training.

Kim Rosenlund joins PRN as the Senior Vice President of Marketing where she’ll apply her more than 17 years’ of multi-site healthcare marketing experience building out the marketing function to support the organization’s goal of becoming the premier physical therapy group in the central and western United States.

As a transformational and growth-driven marketer, Kim has helped establish, build and execute marketing strategies for several of the nation’s largest physical therapy and healthcare organizations. Over the years Kim has concentrated on the effects and importance of digital transformation and the positive impact it can have on the customer and employee experience.

Abby Smith

VP – Southern California

Abby joins PRN with more than 17 years of physical therapy experience, 14 of which were spent in a leadership role. Most recently, Abby worked as a district director for a national multi-site PT provider where she led the operational activities for 25 clinics across Arizona and California. Abby has also played a leading role in establishing and maintaining several institutional and health system relationships.

Abby received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Science from Loras College and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Abby’s notoriety as a leader in sports medicine and physical therapy, along with her passion for collaboration and mentorship are welcomed attributes as we continue to strengthen both the leadership team and the overall PRN culture.

Stuart Chew

Senior Director, IT

Stuart joins PRN with 15 years of leading Global Information Technology Operation and Engineering Teams in multiple industries including manufacturing, healthcare and business process outsourcing. Stuart’s experience with enterprise transformation will allow PRN to leverage new technologies to allow us to continue to grow and meet our ever evolving technology needs.

 In Stuart’s more recent position as the Senior Director of Enterprise Systems and Cloud Technologies with Alorica Inc, Stuart was responsible for the consolidation and migration of global datacenters to the Microsoft Azure Cloud, including a project to deploy a global VPN solution to support 30K users during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.  His operational responsibilities included 24×7 global incident and engineering support for 70K agents.

Stuart has a degree in Psychology from Biola University and multiple industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, HP and Citrix.

David Ensign

Director of Workers Compensation Services

David brings over 15 years of leadership experience in developing, growing, and managing work comp services for a national physical therapy provider. David understands the work comp environment and is passionate about educating and mentoring clinicians to provide the optional care and services to ensure injured workers return to not only their work but their life.  In his role, David will have specific accountability in driving PRN’s work comp programs and strategies to further strengthen the organization’s presence and growth.

David received his Bachelors in Exercise Science in Athletic Training from the University of Iowa and has Masters in Exercise Physiology from Western Michigan University.   David lives in Chicago with his wife Chrissy and two children and enjoys CrossFit and spending time with his family which often involves his kid’s competitive soccer and gymnastics.

Brian Rog

Director, Content & Communications

Brian Rog joins PRN as the Director of Content Marketing and Communications and brings with him 13 years’ experience in building lead-gen focused content and communications programs for leading global and national brands in multi-site healthcare and service-facing environments. Brian is an accomplished transformational marketing and communications leader with specific emphasis in creative writing, corporate communications, e-commerce, brand development, SEO/conversion optimization, public relations and web development.

In his role, Brian will have specific accountability in driving PRN’s online and offline marketing and communications strategies and programs to further ignite the organization’s presence and growth.

Brian holds a B.A. in Organizational & Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University.
