Meghann is a Michigan native, attending Grand Valley State University for her undergraduate degree and receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan in 2005. Meghann relocated to Arizona and has since been able to gain experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting. She loves working with all ages and levels of patients, focusing on rehabilitation for post-surgery and injury to return to full function. Meghann is dry needle certified and a certified clinical instructor. Her strong suit is to tailor a program for each patient using the skills she has accumulated over the years. Humor, compassion, and a positive attitude help her patients through therapy. You can find Meghann playing and hanging out with her 4 Shih Tzus, attending a concert, or traveling with her husband in her spare time.

Patrick received his associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Brookline College in Phoenix, Arizona. Patrick has a background in personal training and is a NASM-certified personal trainer and holds specialty certifications in Animal Flow, Functional Range Conditioning, and Functional Kettlebell Training. Patrick has a tremendous passion for helping people live and move pain-free. He is knowledgeable in helping post-operative, orthopedic, and patients looking to strengthen and improve their quality of life. Patrick enjoys being outside, hiking, swimming, and working out in his spare time. He probably spends time with his newborn baby girl if he’s not doing any of those things.

Monique Johnson is a compassionate physical therapist with over 11 years of experience in enhancing patient mobility and quality of life. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, specializing in evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.

Monique has worked across various clinical settings, including outpatient rehabilitation and sports medicine, allowing her to create tailored treatment plans focused on rehabilitation, pain management, and functional improvement. She is particularly passionate about vestibular therapy, neurological rehabilitation, orthopedics and pediatric care, having completed advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and dry needling.

Dedicated to patient education and community health, Monique promotes the benefits of physical therapy and a holistic approach to wellness. She actively collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and stays updated on industry advancements through continuous education.

Outside of work, Monique enjoys traveling and outdoor activities like camping and hiking, which deepens her appreciation for physical health. She is committed to positively impacting her patients and the broader community

With just under 20 years of experience in physical therapy, Jamie is a highly respected clinician and leader dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal movement, recovery, and long-term wellness. Throughout a dynamic career that includes serving as both a Clinic Director and Regional Director, Jamie has guided multidisciplinary teams, mentored clinicians, and developed patient-centered programs focused on quality care and positive outcomes.

Jamie holds advanced certifications in Trigger Point Dry Needling and Kinesiotaping, integrating these specialized techniques into comprehensive treatment plans to address pain, mobility limitations, and functional goals. Their approach emphasizes evidence-based practice, individualized care, and compassionate support for patients of all ages and abilities.

A native of Arizona, Jamie values community connection and local involvement. They are also the proud parent of a 9-year-old son who loves basketball, football, and baseball. Outside of physical therapy, Jamie enjoys supporting child in sports, home décor and interior design, cooking, and participating in community outreach. They also have a strong interest in the therapeutic benefits of equine (horse) therapy.

At home, life is energized by Ruckus, their loyal German Shepherd, who brings joy and balance after long days of serving patients and the community
