Vista Physical Therapy, PRN's Texas-based brand network, this week announced the grand opening of its outpatient physical therapy clinics in Sachse and Denton.
Sachse is conveniently located within the LA Fitness at 7720 S. State Hwy., while Vista's Denton clinic is located within the LA Fitness at 1350 S. Loop 288.
Both clinics offer patients a range of integrated multi-specialty services including pre-and post-operative care, non-surgical pain management and sports medicine, among other services.

Leading the Sachse clinic is Kevin Mathew, PT, DPT. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at the University of Texas at El Paso. Throughout his academic and professional career, he has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics and sports medicine facilities. He is an expert in orthopedic and sports-related injuries, as well as post-operative rehabilitation. Mathew is also in the process of getting fully certified in dry needling and spinal manipulation. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys staying active by playing basketball and learning bachata dancing.
At the Denton facility, Sarah Yonts, PT, DPT, will serve as clinic director and has been instrumental in creating a team of therapists dedicated to compassionate care.
Born and raised in Oahu, Sarah holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Northeastern University For nearly six years, she has provided treatment to patients in the outpatient orthopedic clinical setting, including professionals such as NFL players, triathletes and collegiate and high school athletes. She is highly skilled in helping athletes and active adults improve their mobility and strength in a pain-free manner, enabling them to resume their favorite activities. Sarah is also certified in several techniques, including regenerative dry needling, therapeutic cupping and spinal manipulation.
