Rio Rancho PT is great facility, clean and spacious. The room has good vibes, sunlit with music playing, which is helpful when you are not at your best self. The staff is without a doubt a rockstar team, from the front desk to the techs to the PT's they are incredible. The staff is friendly, efficient and always ready to help. They are professional, fun and it is clear that they value working together to accomplish patient satisfaction. I was always greeted with a hello from the front desk staff and it was easy to contact the facility to reschedule appointments. The techs were always on the ball to help me move on to my next set of reps and always asked about the state of my injury. My PT was considerate to my needs, including new pains and adapted my exercise to current issues as well as challenged me to push further in my injury. I never felt like "like another shoulder injury" and saw that my exercises were customized to fit the needs of my injury. I can't imagine why you would go anywhere else for PT needs, this place has it going on."
