Tyler is also a certified Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist (VRS) and Graston Technique provider. His clinical interests are broad, but he is especially passionate about treating chronic headaches, complex spinal pathologies, and sports- or overuse-related injuries.
Tyler is deeply committed to mentorship and education. Over the course of his career, he has mentored more than 120 doctoral students and continues to support the growth of future clinicians through hands-on teaching and speaking engagements on business entrepreneurship and leadership in private practice. In 2025, he served as the Lead Clinician overseeing a team of 10 providers at the CrossFit Games, leading athlete care at one of the highest levels of competitive fitness.
As a clinic owner and director, Dr. Ready blends his clinical expertise with strategic leadership to advance patient care and practitioner development. Outside of the clinic, Tyler enjoys spending quality time with his wife and cheering on their two daughters, who compete in competitive volleyball and basketball. He and his wife also enjoy traveling together whenever possible. Tyler takes full advantage of Colorado’s natural beauty with his family through skiing, hiking, and fly fishing. His personal interests include competitive CrossFit, reflecting his lifelong commitment to health, performance, and an active lifestyle.
