Nicole Medina Palermo
PT, DPT, Clinic Lead
Dr. Nicole Palermo received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA c/o 2014 and her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology-Exercise Science from CSU Long Beach c/o 2009. She has participated in soccer, track and field, and has competed locally in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. She has experience treating high-level strength athletes, martial artists, dancers, and runners and she is an experienced strength and conditioning coach.
Her specialties include movement analysis, manual therapy, and corrective-based exercise. She believes that rehab should be goal-oriented and catered to each patient’s specific needs. Along with her passion for Sports Performance Rehab, Dr. Palermo specializes in Women’s Pelvic Health specifically in Post-Partum Rehab and associated pelvic floor dysfunctions.
She has always enjoyed working with others to help them understand the importance of movement and self-care. She believes that you can be an athlete at any age and her mission as a Physical Therapist is to educate her clients, promote independence through the rehab process and return patients to any and all recreational activities of their choice.
