Seth Egge

Dr. Seth Egge, PT, DPT earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University in 2008, where he developed a strong interest in exercise physiology and sports rehabilitation. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, California, in 2011, receiving advanced training in the evaluation and manual therapy of the lumbopelvic region, thoracic spine, cervical spine, and extremities.
With 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Egge has cultivated the expertise needed to evaluate and treat patients with complex presentations, including those requiring detailed documentation for Personal Injury or Workers’ Compensation cases. As a Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator (CFCE), he uses validated testing protocols to accurately assess an individual’s ability to perform both simple and demanding physical tasks.
Dr. Egge’s treatment approach is comprehensive and evidence-based, integrating orthopedic, neurological, and cardiorespiratory principles to restore optimal movement, improve quality of life, and empower individuals to return to the activities they value most.
Dr. Egge has developed a growing specialty in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management. He is a Certified Vestibular and Concussion Management Specialist through the American Institute of Balance, allowing him to better serve individuals in the greater San Diego region who experience dizziness, balance disorders, and post-concussion symptoms.
Outside the clinic, Seth is committed to living a healthy and active lifestyle—believing it to be essential for longevity and overall well-being. He finds joy in snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, and spending quality time with friends and family. Nothing is more fulfilling to him than hearing his patients share how much better they feel and how much they learned.
