Sterling Henderson

Sterling Henderson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with more than 15 years of clinical and leadership experience across outpatient, home health, skilled nursing, and hospital settings. His primary clinical expertise includes orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular rehabilitation, with additional experience in manual therapy, dry needling, wound care, and medically complex patients.
Sterling has extensive outpatient experience and previously founded and operated a private physical therapy practice. As a clinic owner, he managed clinical care while overseeing daily operations, staffing, compliance, physician relationships, marketing, and business development. This experience provided him with a strong understanding of both high-quality patient care and successful outpatient clinic operations.
In addition to direct patient care, Sterling has served in clinical leadership roles, supervising multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams and mentoring other rehabilitation professionals. He has developed continuing education and clinical in-service programs and has served as a clinical resource for complex vestibular and neurologic cases.
Sterling earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and his Bachelor of Exercise Science from Utah Valley University. He is a licensed physical therapist in Idaho and is committed to evidence-based, individualized treatment and helping patients return to meaningful activities and greater independence.
