Ryann earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Pre-PT Science from Western Washington University, she then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Pacific University. She comes from over a 20-year background in performing arts, including ballet and clarinet performance. She has a passion for working with all performing arts athletes and the community on injury recovery and prevention for return to sport and recreation. Ryann has experience in outpatient orthopedic and outpatient neurological rehabilitation settings, focusing on the combination of the two forms of physical therapy to best serve her patients. Ryann is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and a Pain and Performance Certified Specialist (PPSC). She works with multiple populations including vestibular conditions, progressive neurologic conditions, all surgical and orthopedic pathologies, and balance training.

Kazumi became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2019 after graduating from Sacramento City College. Since then, she’s worked in both outpatient orthopedic and pediatric settings, where she enjoys helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love.

She brings a unique blend of hands-on therapy and movement expertise to her work. Kazumi is certified as a Pain and Performance Specialist (PPSC), a comprehensive pilates instructor, a Level 1 Gyrokinesis® instructor training, and a massage therapist. She’s also in the process of completing her Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) training.
Kazumi combines her manual therapy skills with her background in fitness to help reduce pain and inflammation, improve flexibility, balance muscle tone, and improve functional performance.

Outside the clinic, you can find her spending time with her two beloved dogs, gardening, drawing, or baking homemade cookies to share with friends and family.

Jennifer is a physical therapist with a passion for helping endurance athletes of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on exercise science from California State University, Northridge, and went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Tufts School of Medicine.

With over 10 years of prior experience in the running industry, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of the unique demands and challenges faced by athletes. As a USATF Level 1 coach, she specializes in guiding runners, from road racers to ultra-marathoners, through recovery and performance enhancement. Jennifer also serves as a cross-country coach for a local high school, further showcasing her commitment to developing young athletes.

Beyond her professional practice, Jennifer is dedicated to serving her community. She volunteers her time at Ride-to-Walk, helping people with neurological disorders, and frequently assists at local races by working aid stations or giving talks on physical therapy.

In her free time, Jennifer continues to pursue her love for running on both roads and trails. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her fiancé.

Rajni Purewal, PT, DPT, MPH is a licensed Physical Therapist with multiple years of clinical experience. Rajni received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Sacramento, then furthering her education with a Master of Public Health degree from University of California, Davis, and finally earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Southern California (USC).

Rajni’s specialty lies in treating neurologic conditions, from stroke and spinal cord injuries to Parkinson’s and general balance disorders. While her passion lies in all things neuro, a shift arose with motherhood. Rajni quickly realized how underserved this population truly was, in terms of both education and support, with her aiming to bridge the gap between pregnancy/postpartum and return to fitness, focusing her skills on providing services for Women’s Health and Pelvic Health.

When not working at Rocklin Physical Therapy, Rajni also is employed at the University of the Pacific as an Assistant Clinical Professor with the Doctor of Occupational Therapy department.

Outside of work, Rajni enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and sweet 2 year old son, and is a pilates and coffee-fanatic.
