This place is gold! I’ve done so much physical therapy in my life and none are as great as this place. They are so kind and always get you personally with smiles. The physical therapist is with you the whole work out constantly checking in and on you. They ask if everything is good and work your therapy as best to help you. It’s very individualized to each person and even through the therapy it changes. Jordan and Lauren as amazing both as people and professionals. They make me feel like family! And they actually look at you as a whole functional person , not just work on one sport only. Other places are like an in and out with barely 5-10 min max with the therapist. This place is not like that at all. Eli at the front desk is so helpful and helps with insurance and scheduling. He’s so kind and always smiling, ready to help. If there was a possibility I would give this place 10 stars. I’m having my other knee replaced in June 2026 and I will definitely be back!

I’ve had four therapy sessions at Kinetix so far, and my experience has been great. My last three sessions were with Kevin, and he was amazing. I’m not sure exactly what type of stretches he did with my arm, but after each session my arm felt lighter and I could move it much better. He’s also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable during my therapy. All of the therapists here are kind and professional —Lauren, for example, has also been very nice— but I wanted to especially mention Kevin because they told me today was his last day. He really made a positive difference in my recovery ☺️

Kinetics is the place. There are lots of good PT offices but this place sets the standards. Unfortunately for me I have needed PT for post operative knee, ankle and shoulder surgery. Also for wrist injury and most recent acute plantar fascitis. Jordan and Jeremy and crew exceed all expectation. They are knowledgeable, competent and provide a very relaxing and upfront calm personal care environment. Thank you Kinetics !!

can’t say enough good things about Jordan and his team at Kinetix Physical. After a full rupture of my patella tendon, I started therapy barely able to bend my knee to 40 degrees. After just 10 sessions, I improved all the way to 135 degrees of flexion which was a huge milestone in my recovery. Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He takes the time to explain how the body works, why certain exercises are done, and how they help in the recovery process. It really helped me understand my injury and stay motivated through each step. The staff is caring and supportive, the facility is clean, the equipment is great, and they’re flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend Kinetix Physical Therapy to anyone needing rehab or recovery. You’ll be in great hands!

Follow-Up Review for Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy I wanted to provide an update on my experience at Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy, and to thank the team for addressing my previous feedback. Last time I mentioned that some exercises were given with a time duration but without a timer, so I didn’t always know how long to hold the position. They corrected this immediately, and now I have a personalized timer for my sessions. That small change has made a big difference and shows how much they listen to their patients. Each visit, I feel respected, valued, and truly cared for—especially by my therapists Kevin and Jordan. They are outstanding professionals. This Monday, Kevin gave me hands-on corrections for my upper body pain and posture, and it felt amazing. The improvement was immediate. I also want to recognize Fancy and the other physical therapy assistants, whose names I may not remember, but whose kindness, attentiveness, and support I will never forget. Everyone here listens closely to their clients and works hard to make each session effective. I continue to highly recommend Kinetix to anyone seeking caring, skilled, and responsive physical therapy. I look forward to my next visit.

Commonly Asked Questions & What to Expect During Your PT Treatment

Do I need to see a doctor first?

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

What do I need to bring to my first visit?

For your first visit, be sure to bring the following items:

  • Prescription for physical therapy from your referring physician (if applicable)
  • Government issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license)
  • Insurance card(s)
  • Patient forms, which can be downloaded from this site in PDF format. Print and fill out the forms completely and bring them during your first visit.
  • Patients who are minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first visit.

What should I wear to physical therapy?

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

What can I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, your therapist will perform a thorough examination, in which he or she will review your physician’s recommendations, examine the problem area, ask questions about your injury or pain, develop an effective treatment plan for rehabilitation, discuss their findings with you and answer any questions you may have. Your treatment plan may include hands-on, manual therapy, a customized exercise program, stretching and physical agents such as heat, ice, ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Your physical therapist may also recommend a home program to further assist in your treatment.

How long will my appointment take?

Your first appointment will typically last from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on your injury. Following appointments usually last between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the treatment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment for check-in and paperwork. You can also download our patient forms, which can be filled out beforehand and brought with to your appointment.

How often will I need to come?

The frequency of your treatment will depend on your physician’s prescription and the plan of care developed by your physical therapist. Most patients require treatment two to three times per week. The duration of treatment will depend on your injury and personal progress. Your physical therapist will discuss this with you following your initial exam and subsequently as you progress.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

Do you accept insurances? Will insurance cover my therapy?

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
