Sarah Yonts
PT, DPT, Clinic Director
Dr. Sarah Yonts earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2017, after completing her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Concordia University. For almost six years, she has provided treatment to patients in the Outpatient orthopedic clinical setting, including professionals such as NFL players, triathletes, and collegiate and high school athletes. She is highly skilled in helping athletes and active adults improve their mobility and strength in a pain-free manner, enabling them to resume their favorite activities.
Originally from Oahu, HI, Sarah moved to Texas six years ago. When she's not seeing clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog, as well as traveling, spending time outdoors, and tackling DIY projects around the house.
In addition to her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Dr. Yonts is certified in Athletic Training and possesses expertise in several techniques, including Regenerative Dry Needling, Therapeutic Cupping, Spinal Manipulation, Blood Flow Restriction therapy, IASTM, Running Rehabilitation, and Running Gait Analysis.
