I have been being my daughter here for a few months for her nails and they always go above and beyond for her. Kelli took her time and made sure they were the right length and exactly what she wanted. The environment is so relaxing and everyone is friendly and professional.

This nail salon is a hidden gem! I bring my 14 year old daughter here with me and their results are absolutely teenager approved! And that’s saying a lot because the only person with higher standards and expectations than my own would be my 14 year old daughter. 😂 IYKYK. May does both of our nails and they come out perfect every time. My daughter is an oval, gel-x fan, and I do the standard acrylic with square round shape. It can be difficult to find someone who can make short nails look this good (pictured). May is definitely the one. Her work is so consistently amazing (and fast) and we will probably never go anywhere else. Ever. Also can’t forget one more person who knocks it out of the park with her pedicures. Nikki is OUTSTANDING! She did a pedicure for me on our last visit and she too, does amazing work! My toes come out perfect and her massages are the absolute best. So relaxing!

Updated review.... I did go back two days after my review revieved a reply. Ethan (manager/owner) did give me a gift card to make up for it. He put in effort to try make things right. He was very professional and apologized. He also guaranteed I would have someone else when I returned. I did have to go to urgent care because my big toe got infected within a couple days even soaking and using neosporan. In all honesty what more could Ethan do in this situation? I think he handled the situation as best he could. I will be going back based solely on his reaction to what happened. Thanks for your understanding the severity Ethan. Orginal review I really wanna give this place 5 stars. But my pedicure was horrible. Keep reading i'll explain with pics. I loved going here. Its been a few months since I've been back due to some broken bones in my foot. I got a pedicure and a manicure. First of all service is great. The place was clean and ran efficiently. Let me be clear, My only complaint is my pedicure. Manicure was wonderful. So its been months since I've had a pedicure. So when the gentlemen (john) started digging at my toes I thought, "dang my feet have been neglected" noooo that wasn't the case. He pulled part of my toe nail off. I flinched and he said "almost got it" it hurt!! I thought it was because its been so long. You know the clear spray that they put in right the polish?? That has to be alcohol cuz it burned and stung! Never has a pedicure feel like paper cuts around my toes. And the polish on my toes isnt even close to the edges. The gentleman was nice. But I didn't look close enough til I got home. See the pictures. The corner of my toes... yea my nail is gone. I hope I dont get an infection now or ingrown. But nope the pedicure guy just kept digging out and pulled my nail. I recommend avoiding John for a pedicures. I've been coming here for a year and a half off and on and im so disappointed with my toes. The lady who did my manicure was nice and did a great job! But my toes hurt!

We loved this gem! Drinks were served, everyone was super chatty, and the prices are very reasonable! ETA: disappointed that 2 days later, gel polish is 100% gone from my youngest and my oldest lost a nail (gel mani on natural nails), too :/ I tipped 40 bucks because they were all so nice, so this is pretty upsetting!

Commonly Asked Questions & What to Expect During Your PT Treatment

Do I need to see a doctor first?

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

What do I need to bring to my first visit?

For your first visit, be sure to bring the following items:

  • Prescription for physical therapy from your referring physician (if applicable)
  • Government issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license)
  • Insurance card(s)
  • Patient forms, which can be downloaded from this site in PDF format. Print and fill out the forms completely and bring them during your first visit.
  • Patients who are minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first visit.

What should I wear to physical therapy?

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

What can I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, your therapist will perform a thorough examination, in which he or she will review your physician’s recommendations, examine the problem area, ask questions about your injury or pain, develop an effective treatment plan for rehabilitation, discuss their findings with you and answer any questions you may have. Your treatment plan may include hands-on, manual therapy, a customized exercise program, stretching and physical agents such as heat, ice, ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Your physical therapist may also recommend a home program to further assist in your treatment.

How long will my appointment take?

Your first appointment will typically last from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on your injury. Following appointments usually last between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the treatment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment for check-in and paperwork. You can also download our patient forms, which can be filled out beforehand and brought with to your appointment.

How often will I need to come?

The frequency of your treatment will depend on your physician’s prescription and the plan of care developed by your physical therapist. Most patients require treatment two to three times per week. The duration of treatment will depend on your injury and personal progress. Your physical therapist will discuss this with you following your initial exam and subsequently as you progress.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

Do you accept insurances? Will insurance cover my therapy?

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
