With eight years of experience in physical therapy, she brings a diverse background and a passion for helping individuals achieve greater independence, mobility, and quality of life. She began her education in Ohio, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Pre-Physical Therapy before completing an Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Throughout her career, she has gained experience across a wide range of settings, including skilled nursing and nursing homes, home health, aquatic therapy, pediatrics, developmental disability services for both children and adults, schools, and outpatient rehabilitation. This diverse experience has allowed her to work with individuals of varying ages, abilities, and needs while developing a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys attending sporting events and making memories with her son. She values staying active and helping others reach their goals.

Oscar is a dedicated healthcare professional and graduate of Pima Medical Institute in 2022 with a passion for helping others improve their health, mobility, and quality of life. Through their professional experience, they have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and sports-related injuries.

With a background rooted in athletics, Oscar brings a unique perspective to patient care. Growing up, they participated in a variety of sports and later trained in boxing, developing a strong appreciation for discipline, physical fitness, movement, and the importance of proper recovery. These experiences have helped shape their approach to working with patients and allow them to connect with individuals from a wide range of athletic and personal backgrounds.

Oscar is bilingual, which allows them to communicate effectively with a broader range of patients and families and create a more comfortable and welcoming experience throughout their care. They are passionate about continuing to grow professionally while providing compassionate, individualized support to every patient they work with.

Outside of work, Oscar enjoys going to the gym, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his family. Their love for fitness, sports, and an active lifestyle continues to be an important part of who they are both personally and professionally.

Sophyia Barrion, PT, is a licensed Physical Therapist in both the United States and the Philippines. She began her career in the Philippines, where she spent nearly three years working in neurological rehabilitation, helping individuals improve their mobility, function, and independence.

Now practicing in the United States, she is expanding her expertise in orthopedic physical therapy. She enjoys treating patients with low back pain, balance impairments, stroke-related conditions, and those recovering from surgery. She is also currently pursuing certification in dry needling to further enhance the care she provides to her patients.

Sophyia is fluent in English and Tagalog. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys cooking, baking, making matcha, exploring the outdoors, and hiking.

Keith was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. He graduated from Vandalia-Butler High School where played several sports including Football, Baseball, and ran track. Keith entered The Ohio State University on a full academic scholarship and received his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. He then went on to the University of Dayton to complete his Doctorate in Physical therapy. Keith practiced in Dayton, Ohio and became the sports and neuro specialist at the clinic where he saw a wide range of patients from professional athletes to those recovering from a stroke. Keith’s specialties include work-related injuries, orthopedic care (pre-op and post-op), balance training, lymphedema, and sports. Keith is currently in the process to receive his OCS, Orthopedic certified specialist.

Kelcie was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and obtained her Physical Therapy Assistant license at Carrington College in June of 2016. She has been working as a PTA in an out-patient physical therapy setting since graduating. Kelcie has also been certified in athletic and Kinesio taping since graduating. In her spare time, Kelcie enjoys spending time with her family and playing soccer and sand volleyball.

Sara recently graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UNLV. She is from the Vegas Valley and recently completed research in the Acute care hospital setting. Sara has a history of working with both the pediatric and geriatric population in PT rehab. She also enjoys volunteering for organizations that encourage children to participate in sports and physical activities. In her spare time, Sara enjoys traveling, watching football, attending Zumba classes, and spending time with her husband and family.
