Deanna earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Diego, California in 2022 and has since found her passion working in outpatient orthopedic settings.

With a 10-year background in competitive figure skating, competing at the senior level before college, Deanna brings a unique perspective to her practice. Her own experience as a young patient sparked a deep passion for helping others improve their quality of life through movement.

She’s especially driven by the opportunity to empower patients of all ages to regain function, build confidence, and live life fully.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Deanna at local sporting events or discovering new spots to eat and explore with her family and friends.

Dylan earned his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University and completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He is currently expanding his clinical expertise through an orthopedic residency, with a strong focus on treating musculoskeletal conditions and helping patients improve their functional outcomes.

As a former athlete and someone who still enjoys working out regularly, Dylan brings a unique perspective to his care. He understands firsthand the physical and mental challenges that come with injury and recovery, and he is passionate about helping patients return not just to daily life, but to the activities that bring them joy and purpose—whether that’s sports, work, or everyday movement.

Outside of the clinic, Dylan is a dedicated sports fan, particularly of football, and enjoys staying connected to the game by officiating high school football. He also loves spending time outdoors—hiking, fishing, camping, and hunting are some of his favorite activities. Most of all, he values quality time with his wife, friends, and family, and enjoys traveling and exploring new places whenever possible.

Heather is an East Texas native who was raised with a strong work ethic that has carried over into many aspects of both her personal and professional lives. She attended the University of Southern Arkansas in Magnolia, Arkansas where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Psychology in 2007. She was also a member of both the cross country and distance track teams where she ran the 5k and 1500m, respectively. Her passion for running and love of exercise led her to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Heather has been treating in the orthopedic setting since obtaining her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the UT Southwestern Medical Center in 2014. She has since furthered her skillset by becoming a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist in 2019. Heather strives to provide a personalized approach to all patient care, utilizing a variety of soft tissue mobilization, joint manipulation, and various other manual techniques to aidin her patient’s recovery process.

She enjoys working with patients from all walks of life but is particularly passionate about treating young athletes. She currently serves as the team physical therapist for the Allen High School football team (Go Eagles!) and enjoys helping athletesrehab from injury and get back on the field, doing what they love most. She also has experience treating common orthopedic injuries such as rotator cuff repairs, ACL injuries, total hip and knee replacements, back surgeries, among other hip, knee, and ankle injuries.

When she is not busy treating, Heather enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and yellow lab, Millie.

Josh was born in DeSoto, Texas, and raised in Coppell, Texas. He played varsity soccer at Coppell High School, where he experienced minor ankle and knee injuries, one which required a meniscus repair surgery. He developed a deep appreciation for the rehab process and now continues to implement those same philosophies as he works with patients to this day. Josh played collegiate soccer for two years at Lipscomb University and then another two years at the University of Missouri at Kansas City.

He earned his bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts form the University of Missouri at Kansas City and graduated with his Associates degree in Applied Sciences from Tarrant County College in June 2020. Josh is a firm believer in movement as medicine and is dedicated to helping others live stronger, healthier lives through personalized and evidence-based care.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Josh is a die Hard fan of Arsenal FC. He enjoys watching most sports is also an avid golfer and tries to play every couple of weeks or so. On days where he is not at work you can find him hanging out with his wife Arika or their two dogs, Allie and Gunner. Outside of sports Josh enjoys going to concerts, reading books and trying new restaurants.

Kierra received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in August of 2020. She completed her Bachelor's Degree at Texas Southern University in 2017, majoring in Health Studies. Kierra is former collegiate-level softball player and 3-time SWAC Conference Champion, rotating positions at 1st, catcher, and designated hitter.

Kierra’s athletics and physical fitness background has shaped her outlook on the importance of movement and physical wellness. She emphasizes creating an individualized plan of care that is tailored to each person's specific goals and needs.

Kierra is Certified in Dry Needling as well as Pelvic Floor rehabilitation for women. She has a keen interest in treating women who are dealing with dysfunctions related to postpartum recovery, or new moms who are seeking guidance on how to safely return to exercise.

In her free time, she enjoys working out, traveling, managing her fantasy football team, serving her community as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Kirsten graduated from UT Southwestern Medical Center in December 2021. Since graduation, she has sought to develop her skills in sports and performance, obtaining certifications in Dry Needling and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Currently, she is working towards becoming a Sports Certified Specialist after completing sports residency with NAIOMT. Her hobbies include hiking, trail running, snowboarding, and playing soccer.

Taryn Di Domizio, PT, DPT was born in Scottsdale, Arizona and raised in Frisco, Texas, where she spent 14 years as a competitive cheerleader and earned national and international titles. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Health Fitness and Rehabilitation from the University of Texas at Austin and went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University, graduating with honors.

During her time at NAU, Taryn served as the inaugural Vice President of the AAOMPT Student Special Interest Group. She enjoys treating orthopedic injuries and has a particular interest in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, and return-to-sport training. She plans to pursue a sports residency to become a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist.

Outside the clinic, Taryn enjoys skiing, hiking, cycling, pilates, weightlifting, traveling, and attending sporting events.
