Excellent facility. My therapist is amazing, improving my pelvis floor and hip/leg pain everyday. They are patient and take their time. Highly recommend.

I came in with chronic shoulder pain after struggling with tendinitis for months. The team here (especially Bong and Nicole) took the time to really understand my condition and tailor a plan that actually worked for me. They gradually built up my shoulder strength through targeted exercises and manual therapy. I appreciated that they didn’t rush the process. After a few weeks, I started noticing less pain and more mobility. Now, I’m finally back to doing things I had to give up—like sleeping comfortably and lifting light weights. The staff is knowledgeable, encouraging, and just really pleasant to work with. I actually looked forward to my sessions (who says that about physical therapy?). If you’re dealing with an injury and want real, lasting results, I highly recommend this place.

They took wonderful care of me throughout healing from several long term issues and I am so much better. The exercises were well thought out and pushed me without causing pain so I got stronger at a steady pace! Very friendly and wonderful staff all around! Definitely recommend.

I came to physical therapy after rotator cuff surgery, and it was a tough recovery process - both physically and mentally. Nicole was incredibly patient, understanding, and diligent in my care every step of the way. Thanks to her expertise and support, I’m wrapping up my visits with almost full mobility and strength back. She has helped me get to a place where I can confidently continue my recovery. I couldn’t be happier with my experience - Nicole is truly the best! If you have her as your PT, you’re in great hands.

My experience was not what I expected, and I was disappointed with the level of service I received. My first appointment/consultation went well. Ashley thoroughly evaluated my condition, explained a treatment plan, and provided hands-on care, including massage. Based on that positive experience, I scheduled a follow-up appointment with her. I arrived five minutes early for my second appointment to allow time for check-in. After checking in, I waited in the waiting area for 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time without being acknowledged. During this time, several other people entered the waiting room, but no one greeted me. I could see therapists sitting at a rectangular table talking among themselves. Eventually, a student therapist approached me and took me to the communal therapy room. He asked if I remembered my exercises, told me to complete two sets, and then left. After finishing, I sat on a bench for at least five minutes before another student therapist came by, asked if I remembered the second exercise, and instructed me to do two sets of that as well. I was essentially left to complete my exercises on my own. At the end, I received only a very brief massage from a student therapist. Considering I paid a $35 copay, this felt like a poor use of both my time and money. I could have done these same exercises at home on my own, as part of my daily routine. I understand that student therapists are part of the practice, but I specifically scheduled my appointment with Ashley. Seeing her sitting at the communal table talking with other therapists while I was left unattended gave me the impression that patient care was not a priority. Overall, the experience left me feeling overlooked and dissatisfied.

Commonly Asked Questions & What to Expect During Your PT Treatment

Do I need to see a doctor first?

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

What do I need to bring to my first visit?

For your first visit, be sure to bring the following items:

  • Prescription for physical therapy from your referring physician (if applicable)
  • Government issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license)
  • Insurance card(s)
  • Patient forms, which can be downloaded from this site in PDF format. Print and fill out the forms completely and bring them during your first visit.
  • Patients who are minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first visit.

What should I wear to physical therapy?

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

What can I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, your therapist will perform a thorough examination, in which he or she will review your physician’s recommendations, examine the problem area, ask questions about your injury or pain, develop an effective treatment plan for rehabilitation, discuss their findings with you and answer any questions you may have. Your treatment plan may include hands-on, manual therapy, a customized exercise program, stretching and physical agents such as heat, ice, ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Your physical therapist may also recommend a home program to further assist in your treatment.

How long will my appointment take?

Your first appointment will typically last from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on your injury. Following appointments usually last between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the treatment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment for check-in and paperwork. You can also download our patient forms, which can be filled out beforehand and brought with to your appointment.

How often will I need to come?

The frequency of your treatment will depend on your physician’s prescription and the plan of care developed by your physical therapist. Most patients require treatment two to three times per week. The duration of treatment will depend on your injury and personal progress. Your physical therapist will discuss this with you following your initial exam and subsequently as you progress.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

Do you accept insurances? Will insurance cover my therapy?

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
