Tyler received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Harding University in 2019. He recently graduated from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with his Doctor of physical therapy degree. As a new graduate, he has ambitions to further his knowledge by gaining a strength and conditioning specialist certification and receiving a certification in dry needling. Tyler interned at Children’s Health Andrew’s Institute, where he worked with young athletes and observed the physical therapy treatment of different professional athletes. Tyler enjoys movie nights with his wife in his spare time, watching football, playing video games and board games with friends, and archery.

Jaci Danielson was born and raised in the small town of Gainesville, Texas, where she grew up playing basketball, volleyball, and softball. Tearing her ACL in high school sparked her interest in becoming a Physical Therapist and helping others on their road to
recovery. Jaci graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Texas, where she spent much of her time playing and coaching club volleyball. She received her
Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from T exas Woman’s University in Dallas, T exas in 2017.
Jaci has experience treating a variety of patient populations
with special interest in treating the spine and shoulder. Throughout her physical therapy career, she has enjoyed working closely with athletes of all ages including youth, high school, collegiate, and professional, as well as the
weekend warrior. Her treatment philosophy includes restoring dynamic stability throughout functional movement patterns, while placing special
emphasis on manual therapy, including Trigger Point Dry-Needling and myofascial  distraction techniques. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Jaci enjoys utilizing sport specific strength and power activities in
her treatments to enhance successful return to sport and to propel her athletes to higher performance. Kaci has obtained her American Board Specialty Certification in Sports Therapy 2019. She is excited to expand her clinical knowledge and toolbox with particular interest in return to sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. Her background playing competitive volleyball has instilled a passion for helping
others attain their highest performance level and motivating each patient to always strive to be better, faster, and stronger both on and off the court.
Jaci is an avid baseball fan and enjoys rooting for her fellow Longhorns. In her spare time, Jaci enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters

Dani Humphrey was born and raised in Clovis, California, before relocating to Texas in 2017 to pursue her passion for softball at Grayson College. There, she earned an associate degree in kinesiology and completed EMT training. While she initially explored a career in emergency medical services, Dani soon discovered her true calling in physical therapy.
In April 2022, she joined the Vista McKinney Clinic as a tech, where her hands-on experience and patient interactions sparked a deeper interest in rehabilitation and therapeutic care. Motivated to make a lasting impact, she enrolled in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Collin College and proudly graduated in May 2025.
Dani combines her athletic background, clinical knowledge, and compassionate approach to support patients on their journey to recovery. She is especially passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with each patient to ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Dani enjoys the simplicity of small-town living in Blue Ridge, Texas, where she resides on a small farm with chickens, ducks, turkeys, and a mini donkey. She also enjoys hunting and spending time outdoors.

Brad Barkema is originally from the small rural town of Conrad, Iowa. Growing up, he played a wide variety of sports, focusing primarily on football, basketball, swimming, golf, and baseball throughout high school. Brad spent his first three years of college playing baseball at both the junior college and Division I levels in Minnesota and New Jersey before returning to Iowa to complete his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Iowa in 2022. He went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Iowa in 2025. Brad’s favorite part of physical therapy is building genuine, trusting relationships with his patients as they progress through their recovery process. He is passionate about working with athletes and will further develop this interest by completing a sports residency with Vista during his early years of practice. Outside of work, Brad enjoys exercising, cooking, attending concerts, and anything related to sports.
