Cameron did a great job in dealing with my first ever hamstring injury. I have been running since I have been a teenager (over 50 years!) and was quite disappointed when I injured myself and was no longer able to run for two weeks. Cameron was recommended to me and so I scheduled an appointment. He was able to diagnose and treat my injury accurately and after 6 weeks of treatment, I was back to running. He also worked with me on exercises to prevent future injury and was a great encourager to not give up, even in this season of life when many do. He was punctual, friendly, and positive. I’ve already recommended him to several others.

After my bunion surgery, Joey got me up up and moving, especially skiing. The whole office is great, but Joey was particularly great to work with for me! My son also went and loved working with both Cameron and Joey. They helped him more than any other physical therapist he's gone to as a collegiate swimmer. Thanks Cal Rehab!

Hello, I have been attending rotator cuff rehabilitation since March 2026. My injury happened in 2022, and I could not workout since then. Upon my 1st two months my rotator cuff has improved greatly due to the expertise of doctor Haneef Zakee. Doctor Zakee not only helped me get back into benching with no pain and properly, but also located the root cause of my pain by really working on the injury 100%. I got massages for over 2 years without getting anything to improve, elsewhete, and now within just a few months in, I can see my body responding positively. Jesse also follows my rehabilitation closely to have me do exercises that can improve my rotator cuff strength. He is highly focused and that I never got from a personal trainer. He helps me after doctor Zakee does his magic. Kim checking me in always welcomes my visits and makes me feel as part of the family. Thank you all for helping me get back into my passion -working out- this is my therapy and medicine 100%. I love coming to my therapies. Thank you kindly, Miguel Perez Update June 16th 2026 My shoulder now no longer clicks. Doctor Haneef Zakee and Dominique put a fun set of exercises that not only challenge me , but also are great fun. My time here goes by fast, and my shoulder is getting stronger. Thank you for your great therapy 10 out of 10. Ava , also provided great attention to detail and well explained exercises for me. Best regards, Miguel Perez Update July 2026 In 2022 my rotator cuff was damaged after many years of improper lifting. My PT pushed my lateral raises way to hard, and I developed an injury for 4 years after that. I have been a gym member since age 19, now almost 48. Hired a hand full of trainers for about almost a year each time; however, this doenst work for me as they do not know much of proper form. After my 2nd visit inquiring about rehab, I was fortunate to meet doctor Haneef, and my injury is now about 95% better. He not only has the knowledge to rehab my rotator cuff from every possible angle, but will work with you to make sure the target areas become more mobile, pain free and most importantly to me, have my gym lifestyle back. I usually train 6 days, and no less than 3 hours. I push myself, so I can age healthy. Doctor Haneef has a very knowledgeable strategy for me, and he can read my rotator cuff well when I explain the pain; moreover, he designs the proper plan for my individual requirements. After looking for almost 30 years for the right professional, i have found the right professional l. .Doctor Haneef provides with proper form, and techniques,.so i do my workouts with no injuries. This is the smart way to take on to get results fast. Also, Mason helps me with the plan after doctor Haneef sets a blue print -for my rehab. Mason really takes pride to guide me, even if I dont ask questions, he corrects my form. This is so valuable to me, and I am learning things every time. Thank you doctor Haneef and Mason for helping me. I look forward to master my rotator cuff eventually. Been going there since March this year once a week. Cheers, Miguel Perez

I just finished my 2nd round of ankle rehab and Cam and the whole team were so helpful!! I've done PT at a few other places and I haven't had as good of results. I was able to start being more active again after just two sessions!

Commonly Asked Questions & What to Expect During Your PT Treatment

Do I need to see a doctor first?

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

What do I need to bring to my first visit?

For your first visit, be sure to bring the following items:

  • Prescription for physical therapy from your referring physician (if applicable)
  • Government issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license)
  • Insurance card(s)
  • Patient forms, which can be downloaded from this site in PDF format. Print and fill out the forms completely and bring them during your first visit.
  • Patients who are minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first visit.

What should I wear to physical therapy?

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

What can I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, your therapist will perform a thorough examination, in which he or she will review your physician’s recommendations, examine the problem area, ask questions about your injury or pain, develop an effective treatment plan for rehabilitation, discuss their findings with you and answer any questions you may have. Your treatment plan may include hands-on, manual therapy, a customized exercise program, stretching and physical agents such as heat, ice, ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Your physical therapist may also recommend a home program to further assist in your treatment.

How long will my appointment take?

Your first appointment will typically last from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on your injury. Following appointments usually last between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the treatment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment for check-in and paperwork. You can also download our patient forms, which can be filled out beforehand and brought with to your appointment.

How often will I need to come?

The frequency of your treatment will depend on your physician’s prescription and the plan of care developed by your physical therapist. Most patients require treatment two to three times per week. The duration of treatment will depend on your injury and personal progress. Your physical therapist will discuss this with you following your initial exam and subsequently as you progress.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

Do you accept insurances? Will insurance cover my therapy?

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
