As a very proud patient of Vista Physical Therapy at Haslet, I want to take this opportunity to commend the beyond excellent services I’ve received from Patryck, Lexi and JJ! Having undergone a total knee replacement of the right knee, it was critical to get moving with physical therapy and stay ahead of the plan for full rehabilitation! The team at Vista Haslet was phenomenal. I was immediately started on a series of programs to keep the knee moving with measurements of my progress regularly! Patryck, as the managing therapist was not only helpful with the programs, but one specific area he was also great at was MOTIVATION! It can very easy to not push yourself in an effort to reach your goals, but Patryck kept me motivated and energized, with a determination to get the very best from my physical therapy! I’ve been to different physical therapy clinics and nobody has even come close to the care I received from Patryck and his assistant Lexi! Lexi, was also a motivator and took care to make sure I was going through my program exercises properly for the desired effect! From the very first evaluation visit, I knew I was excellent hands with Patrick and Lexi! I would recommend anyone that is looking for the right place to get your physical therapy needs and goals met, visit Patryck and Lexi at Vista PT in Haslet! Just as an example of the progress made with my right total knee replacement, on my start date of 10/10, I was at 118 degree knee bend (goal 125/30) and today,10/22, I’m now at 126 degrees! And on my recent visit to my surgeon, he also praised Vista’s work! Lastly, I want to commend JJ, the office manager/administrator, who is very professional, courteous and attentive to detail when checking me in, so I can get right to work! Vista Physical Therapy is the absolute best in the Physical Theeapy business! Dale Morris

Patryck & his team are very professional, friendly, and provide a lot of attention to details for the therapy I needed. Very punctual and personal. The equipments provided for your treatments, whether it's rubber bands or balls or arm exercisers, are top notch! I am having steady improvements in my status week after week, thanks to the treatments in the clinic and the assigned exercises at home, and expect to wrap up my treatments in a few more weeks (one can hope!). Thank you, Team Vista! 🥰

I chose Vista Therapy on Haslet after I fell and crushed a vertebrae and needed rehab. I am so glad I did. Not only are the staff JJ, Gigi and the therapist Pat kind and very nice, but Pat obviously knows his stuff. I have multiple complicated health issues and have had therapy before. But at Vista, from the start Pat completely understood my issues, saw the whole picture, and right off he had a plan to help me. And I saw amazing results on the first visit! I am confident I am on the right track now with Pat and Vista.

I've been receiving care here for a couple of months and can see a very good improvement! Patrick is always very good about adding additional mobility/range of motion exercises. I'm always treated with respect, never left waiting. His staff always acknowledges me immediately when I arrive. He stays on schedule so I don't have to worry about being late for additional appointments I may have in the day. I've never experienced any issues with insurance billing, as they make sure prior approval and authorization is in place prior to being seen. So, no surprises when it comes to knowing what out of pocket expenses will be. I have been to many physical therapists over the years and this is the best care and best customer service that I have ever received. They truly care about their patients and are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them 100%!!!!

Commonly Asked Questions & What to Expect During Your PT Treatment

Do I need to see a doctor first?

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

What do I need to bring to my first visit?

For your first visit, be sure to bring the following items:

  • Prescription for physical therapy from your referring physician (if applicable)
  • Government issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license)
  • Insurance card(s)
  • Patient forms, which can be downloaded from this site in PDF format. Print and fill out the forms completely and bring them during your first visit.
  • Patients who are minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first visit.

What should I wear to physical therapy?

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

What can I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, your therapist will perform a thorough examination, in which he or she will review your physician’s recommendations, examine the problem area, ask questions about your injury or pain, develop an effective treatment plan for rehabilitation, discuss their findings with you and answer any questions you may have. Your treatment plan may include hands-on, manual therapy, a customized exercise program, stretching and physical agents such as heat, ice, ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Your physical therapist may also recommend a home program to further assist in your treatment.

How long will my appointment take?

Your first appointment will typically last from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on your injury. Following appointments usually last between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the treatment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment for check-in and paperwork. You can also download our patient forms, which can be filled out beforehand and brought with to your appointment.

How often will I need to come?

The frequency of your treatment will depend on your physician’s prescription and the plan of care developed by your physical therapist. Most patients require treatment two to three times per week. The duration of treatment will depend on your injury and personal progress. Your physical therapist will discuss this with you following your initial exam and subsequently as you progress.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

Do you accept insurances? Will insurance cover my therapy?

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
