April Person is a Physical Therapist Assistant with 25 years of experience in physical therapy. She specializes in older adult/geriatric populations and orthopedics and is known for personalizing treatments to ensure functional outcomes are met.

April holds an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assisting from Northland Technical School & College and is passionate about building genuine connections and making a measurable difference in her patients’ lives.

April grew up on a farm east and north of Devils Lake, where she began her love for horses, raising several herself. April also enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, and traveling in her free time.

Eldon was born and raised in Williston, in the northwest corner of North Dakota—or “God’s Country,” as he likes to say! Upon graduating from Williston High School in 1990, he headed off for college at the University of North Dakota, in Grand Forks. While there, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, as well as his Master of Physical Therapy, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1995. Being an avid athlete—with an ample amount of injuries—he was drawn to the orthopedic/musculoskeletal world. Eldon is passionate about the importance of lifelong learning and has obtained additional certifications throughout his career, which have all significantly enhanced the care he provides to his patients. These include Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, Certified Spinal Manual Therapist (CSMT) from the International Spine & Pain Institute, and Certificate in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (Cert MDT) from the McKenzie Institute. Being a devout extrovert, Eldon loves being around and working with people of all ages, and from all stages of life. He is 100% committed to helping people feel better and has been devoted to this since 1995!

Eldon has been a partner in RehabAuthority Physical Therapy for many years and was one of the earliest owners of the company. He is proud to have partnered with other outstanding PTs in ND, MN, and SD, and is an owner and mentor in 10 clinics, and counting.

Proving that he also has a left side of his brain, Eldon has been a professional musician and singer/songwriter for most of his life—though, admittedly, most of that is in the rearview mirror now! He has released two self-produced albums with some other outstanding musicians and has had his songs appear on several compilation albums. One of his coolest musical experiences was performing to a packed house at the world-famous Ryman Auditorium, in Nashville, TN. He has also been a worship leader at 4 different churches over the past 25 years.

Eldon is blessed to be married to his soulmate—and most beautiful woman in the world—Amy. They have 3 wonderful children, Jacob, Isaac, and Clara, whom he is incredibly proud of. When he is not working with people over in the clinic, or playing music, he enjoys sports of all kinds, being with his family, and just staying busy, in general!

Mandy was born and raised on a farm and ranch outside of Taylor, ND. She was first exposed to the realm of physical therapy after sustaining a sports injury in high school, which eventually inspired her to pursue this as a career path. Mandy completed most of her undergraduate and all of her graduate schooling at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2014.

She started her career as a traveling physical therapist in Iowa, working in various rehab settings including skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient therapy. Inevitably, Mandy felt the call to return back to North Dakota and be closer to family, so in 2018 in the middle of a blizzard, she was properly welcomed to Fargo.

Mandy's special interests and skills include spinal manual therapy and mechanical diagnosis/treatment, dry needling, and strength/conditioning training along with a competitive drive and strong desire/passion for helping others achieve their goals.

Outside of the clinic, Mandy enjoys staying active with HIIT workouts, running, strength training, playing/watching sports (Go Pack, Go!), caring for her two feline dependents, Pancakes and Muffin, and spending time at her family's farm in western ND.
