This place is phenomenal. Out of all the times I’ve had to go to physical therapy in my life (too many times), this is the only place I’ve stuck with the entire time. I almost wish I didn’t make as much progress as I did over the past few months because I’ll really miss it here. It’s such a positive, friendly environment that as soon as I walk in the door I feel better. Everyone here are truly experts in what they do. I could blabber on and on about how amazing 360 PT is, but I’ll keep it short. I would not hesitate in a second recommending 360 to my family and friends. They really treat you like family and make physical therapy fun, especially if you get the opportunity to play balloon volleyball. Thank you so much Josh, Maryssa, Juliana, Naomi, Kassidy, Kyle, and Reggie!!

I just completed ten weeks of PT for separate shoulder and leg/back issues. I am feeling good again and am no longer feeling much pain as I resume my normal activities. Reggie was my primary therapist and was great at explaining the physiology that was likely the source of my pains. The exercises he prescribed at the clinic and for my home program were effective, as was the massage and physical manipulation he performed. The shoulder pain resolved after a few weeks allowing him to focus on my leg and back. His assistants Naomi and Julianna effectively supervised my exercises and made sure that I was doing everything correctly. Therapists Kyle and Josh were also helpful in treating me when Reggie was unavailable. Maryssa at the front desk was always friendly and helpful in setting up appointments and taking my co-pays. I was especially impressed by the camaraderie and humor among the entire staff and the comfortable teamwork they exhibited. It made the clinic a very enjoyable place to visit even when the focus was working on pain. I also noted that during the course of my visits that Reggie would sometimes explain to his assistants the physiology of injuries and reasons why certain treatments worked. It appears that as the director of the clinic, he wants to make it a learning environment for his team so as to benefit the patients. I am very happy with the kind and effective treatment I received.

My experience with 360 produced excellent results. My assigned DPT (Dr.) Josh Gersh was outstanding as was Naomi his assistant. An assessment of my lower back pan was followed by a regimen of exercises that lasted 6 weeks. At the end I am pain free. This was due to the instructions on proper execution and form of each exercise. Over time the difficulty and number of exercises was increased and pain diminished as my body responded. The end results met my highest expectations. But that's not the end of the story. This is one of the most professionally run operations I have witnessed. But It is also one of the "happiest". All the DPTs and PT assistants interacted in a way that the atmosphere was a conducive add-on to the actual PT. A note to the president or the GM of 360. "Whatever methodology you are using in hiring and staffing , keep using it. It's working extremely well.

Truly amazing Professional Physical Therapist’s. I was fortunate to have them help me after Total Knee Replacement. From initial evaluation to treatment plan everything was perfect. The facility is excellent and the knowledge and care plan were exceptional. Look no further than 360 PT.

The therapists and assistants are very knowledgeable and encouraging! They taught me all the exercises and sent me home with the confidence to perform each exercise correctly! I have healed very quickly with the therapy ! The scheduling was great because they were very crowded and yet they found a way to squeeze me in so very much appreciated!

Commonly Asked Questions & What to Expect During Your PT Treatment

Do I need to see a doctor first?

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

What do I need to bring to my first visit?

For your first visit, be sure to bring the following items:

  • Prescription for physical therapy from your referring physician (if applicable)
  • Government issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license)
  • Insurance card(s)
  • Patient forms, which can be downloaded from this site in PDF format. Print and fill out the forms completely and bring them during your first visit.
  • Patients who are minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first visit.

What should I wear to physical therapy?

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

What can I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, your therapist will perform a thorough examination, in which he or she will review your physician’s recommendations, examine the problem area, ask questions about your injury or pain, develop an effective treatment plan for rehabilitation, discuss their findings with you and answer any questions you may have. Your treatment plan may include hands-on, manual therapy, a customized exercise program, stretching and physical agents such as heat, ice, ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Your physical therapist may also recommend a home program to further assist in your treatment.

How long will my appointment take?

Your first appointment will typically last from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on your injury. Following appointments usually last between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the treatment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment for check-in and paperwork. You can also download our patient forms, which can be filled out beforehand and brought with to your appointment.

How often will I need to come?

The frequency of your treatment will depend on your physician’s prescription and the plan of care developed by your physical therapist. Most patients require treatment two to three times per week. The duration of treatment will depend on your injury and personal progress. Your physical therapist will discuss this with you following your initial exam and subsequently as you progress.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

Do you accept insurances? Will insurance cover my therapy?

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
