The PT Perspective

I am the Commander of the 141st Medical Group, Washington Air National Guard located at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. I exercise command of over 90 personnel from various medical and support function career fields.

My experience in the Navy shaped me into who I am today. I had the work ethic but the exposure to discipline, leadership, and teamwork all while traveling the US and the world opened my eyes to what was going on outside the boundaries of Austin Texas.

I served in the Army. I took the oath of enlistment in October 2008 and was honorably in October 2015. 

I served in the United States Army. I enlisted in 2017 the day after my 17th birthday actually. I was very excited about pursuing a career in a Combat MOS (military occupation specialty). My MOS of choice was Infantry. For those of you that do not know, Infantry is often the first line of defense of soldiers on foot.
