Holly Moody is a compassionate and highly experienced physical therapist who has been helping people move, heal, and feel more comfortable in their bodies for over 15 years. She has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2010 and graduated with distinction from California State University, Northridge with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science, which she earned magna cum laude in 2006.
Holly’s passion for women’s health and pelvic floor care began long before she became a physical therapist. In 2003, she worked in a women’s gym as a certified personal trainer and instructor in yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates, where she developed a deep appreciation for whole-body movement and mindful care. That passion grew while working alongside a women’s health physical therapist in 2006 and ultimately shaped her specialty focus.
Today, Holly treats pelvic floor concerns across the lifespan, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pediatrics, perimenopause, menopause, and men’s pelvic health, while also integrating her strong background in orthopedic physical therapy. She holds advanced certifications through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, is a Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and uses a combination of hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement retraining to support healing.
Holly takes a holistic, whole-body approach, recognizing that pelvic floor symptoms are often connected to posture, breathing, movement patterns, hormonal changes, and daily life demands. She is deeply committed to helping patients feel heard, respected, and empowered, and she works collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure well-rounded, thoughtful care.
Outside of the clinic, Holly enjoys spending time with her daughter and embracing life in the local community. Together, they love hiking, biking, reading, playing at the beach, and going on everyday adventures. As a local parent herself, Holly understands the physical and emotional demands of caring for a family and brings that understanding into the way she supports her patients.
