Heather Taylor, PT, DPT graduated with her Doctorate in 2020 and has been practicing in outpatient therapy ever since. Heather fell in love with PT at a young age when her mother had multiple back surgeries that put her in the hospital for weeks at a time. She saw the benefit PT provided her mother and decided that she wanted to help people get back to functioning too! Heather is a generalist for outpatient ortho, but she also has advanced certifications in dry needling, kinesiology taping, concussion, and vestibular disorders.

Kelly Clipper, PT, DPT is an orthopedic and performing arts physical therapist. She danced since she was 3 years old at a studio before starting her 8th grade drill team and attending an exclusive ballet studio. In high school, she was in drill team as an officer 3 out of the 4 years while doing competition studio and winning multiple national titles in team and solo. She went to Sam Houston State University as a Dance major, but after getting injured, decided to switch her major to Kinesiology and continued with a minor in Dance. She went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Texas Woman’s University. Her goal is to treat performing artists to provide them with the care they truly deserve, tailored to their specific needs. She has attended multiple dance PT courses with Andrea Zujko who works with the NYC ballet and has provided many injury prevention and strength and conditioning classes to American Dance/Drill Team as well as local high schools. She worked onsite with TCU dance majors for the past three years as well as provided backstage coverage and pre-season screenings. She is certified in Dry Needling, Emergency Medical Response and is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her gorgeous dog Masi, as well as dancing and singing.

Lauren Galletly grew up in Southern California where she trained as a competitive dancer for most of her early years. She developed her interest in the field of Physical Therapy following a knee injury which led to her career aspirations. Lauren then relocated to Texas and earned her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Christian University. Following graduation, she worked as a Physical Therapy Technician until beginning Physical Therapy School at Southwest Baptist University in Missouri. Lauren graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and moved back to Texas to set roots in the DFW area with her husband Daniel and dog Quinn. Lauren has extensive training, and a resulting passion, for treating patients with neurological conditions as well as treating patients following concussions and vestibular diagnoses. Lauren is also certified in Dry Needling and recognizes this modality for its effectiveness at treating various musculoskeletal disorders. When not treating patients, Lauren loves hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys scrapbooking, completing jigsaw puzzles, and listening to her favorite podcasts!

Ryan was born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii. In 2009, he graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and a Minor in Spanish.

He completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2012 from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA.

He received a Certified Movement Links Specialty in 2013. This specialty focuses on the application of movement-based approaches to assess and treat musculoskeletal pain dysfunctions. He also received a Pain-free Performance Specialist Certification (PPSC) in 2023, focusing on bridging the gap between therapy and strength training for the high-level functioning patient.

He has over 11 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and 7 years also in home health PT. In 2013, he traveled to Beijing, China to help treat diving, wrestling, and volleyball athletes prepare for the All China Olympics.

Ryan has led an active lifestyle since he was young, competing in cross country and gymnastics. In 2015 he was a professional acrobat in the Rose Parade in Pasadena, CA. He currently enjoys running 5K races and half marathons.

Ryan enjoys working with all types of patients and diagnoses, from helping patients post-surgery, to improving balance for elderly patients, to working with higher level athletes. He lives in Fort Worth, TX with his fiancée and their 3 dogs.

Sarah is a Physical Therapist Assistant who has been practicing orthopedic outpatient physical therapy since 2008. Holding an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Tarrant County College, she is licensed by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy and has dedicated her career to providing exceptional patient care and facilitating effective rehabilitation.

Throughout her professional journey, Sarah has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse conditions, with a focus on orthopedic injuries. Her expertise includes manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education, all aimed at promoting optimal recovery and functional independence.

Passionate about advancing the field of physical therapy, Sarah is eager to connect with fellow professionals and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, reading, watching movies, and listening to music.
