Jenna Yee is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned both a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington.

Jenna has worked in a variety of clinical settings throughout the greater Seattle area and has experience treating patients across the lifespan. She has a strong passion for orthopedic physical therapy, with an emphasis on building meaningful patient relationships through education, understanding, and individualized care. Jenna is committed to helping her patients better understand their bodies and injuries, with the goal of safely and confidently returning them to the activities they love. She also has a particular interest in pediatric, sports physical therapy and working with young athletes.

Outside of the clinic, Jenna enjoys photography, playing volleyball, and playing piccolo for University of Washington sporting events as an alum of the Husky Marching Band. Born and raised in Seattle, she is a dedicated UW and Seattle sports fan and enjoys cheering on her teams both in the stadium and from her couch.

Krutika Panchal is a licensed physical therapist with over seven years of experience in outpatient orthopedics. She earned her bachelor's degree in physical therapy from MUHS in India in 2017, followed by a year of clinical practice before relocating to the United States. She went on to receive a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation from the University of Pittsburgh and completed her Transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Touro University, New York.

Krutika has worked in a variety of clinical settings across Manhattan, Chicago, and Seattle, developing a broad skill set and a patient-centered approach. She has a strong passion for treating orthopedic conditions and vestibular disorders and is committed to helping patients regain function and return to the activities they love.

She is a Certified Manual Therapist, a Dry Needling Practitioner, and trained in Applied Functional Science, enabling her to integrate hands-on techniques with functional movement strategies for optimal outcomes.

Outside of the clinic, Krutika enjoys hiking, staying active through workouts, and painting in her free time.

Lisa Hicklen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a wealth of international clinical experience. She began her academic journey at Texas Tech University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She then pursued a Master of Science in Exercise Science at the University of Texas at Arlington, cultivating a special interest in exercise physiology and its applications in clinical care; continuing her research at Oxford Brookes University. Lisa's professional career began in clinical research at the Institute for Exercise and Environmental Medicine, where she worked under Dr. Ben Levine in the Cardiovascular Physiology lab.

Lisa later attended Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her studies, she practiced at the Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm, Sweden, and completed community-based physical therapy work in Kira Kira, Solomon Islands. Her diverse clinical background includes experience in rural and outpatient settings, as well as working with Bond University Men's Rugby, Rugby World Championships, and triathlete and running athletes at world championships and the university level.

Passionate about empowering individuals to achieve optimal health, Lisa focuses on personalized care and evidence-based practice. She has also contributed to the field through published research articles, furthering her commitment to advancing the profession.

Outside of the clinic, Lisa is a published author and digital creator in the specialty coffee industry, writing for outlets such as Sprudge Magazine and Coffee People Zine, and maintaining a personal Substack. An avid adventurer, she loves traveling, staying active, and building community. When not working or exploring new hobbies, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

Amber developed a passion for physical therapy while playing tennis in college and spending time with teammates in the training room. She graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2022, earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to pursuing her degree, Amber was the Assistant Tennis Coach at Bellevue College, winning six consecutive conference championships. She also taught yoga, pilates, and group fitness classes all over the Seattle area. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, going to concerts, lifting weights, and watching football and tennis. Amber would like to grow her physical therapy practice to focus on sports rehab, concussion management, and pelvic health.

Courtney received her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Western Washington University in 2019, along with a minor in dance. She graduated this past December 2022, from Azusa Pacific University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Courtney has treated in the outpatient setting during Clinical Rotations to attain her DPT. She enjoys working with all ages but has a specific passion for pediatric PT. In the future, she plans on becoming certified perhaps for neuro conditions or for pediatrics, but for now, her patient base is varied as she dives into her work. She sees great value in developing a strong rapport with her patients and cheers them on as they reach their PT goals.
Courtney grew up dancing, and after a few too many injuries found her passion returning others to the activities they love. On a sunny day, you can find her curled up in a hammock reading, and on stormy days she's likely beneath many cozy blankets with a Disney movie playing.

Deborah graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College in Wisconsin. Since then she has worked in CA, AZ and WA in many therapy settings including acute care, sub-acute, inpatient, outpatient, home health and contract therapy including work as a Rehab Manager. Deborah enjoys helping people get back to the best they can be, enhancing their lifestyle no matter the age or the injury. She believes with effective communication between the healthcare team, the patient’s personal goals and hard work, success will be the result. Deborah is well-versed in variety of areas including sports medicine, orthopedics, TMJ, chronic pain, neurology, work conditioning/hardening, TBI, aquatics as well as wellness and balance program development. She enjoys working with the community and has spoken on various topics including posture, body mechanics, wellness, caregiving, bariatric care and more. Family time is dear to her heart. She loves the outdoors and taking time in nature to enjoying the beauty it has to offer. She enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, biking, hiking, swimming, dancing, watching a sunrise/ sunset, listening to waves or a rippling creek. She also enjoys baking and playing music. Having a good cup of coffee and spending time with friends is golden.

I have had an interest in science, health, and wellness from a young age which led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2015 from Western Washington University and my doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2022 from the University of Puget Sound. I have experience in various healthcare settings from a skilled nursing facility, and outpatient orthopedic clinics to inpatient rehabilitation such as UW Medical Center working with complex cases from around the region. I am a generalist at this early point of my career but with strong interests in orthopedics, neurological disorders, spinal cord injury, and vestibular dysfunction with plans to attain certifications as a vestibular and orthopedic specialist respectively through residency programs. I utilize an evidence-based multi-modal approach to each patient to ensure individualized care and optimal results. My passion is helping people meet their specific goals and I receive no greater joy than seeing my patients succeed!

A typical PNW native and foodie, If I am not hiking, taking photographs of people, nature, and landscapes, you’ll find me rock climbing or at the latest food pop-up!

Meng received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Taiwan. She then obtained her Doctorate from Loma Linda University in California in 2021. She has been practicing in the outpatient orthopedic clinical setting both in Taiwan and the United States. Meng has a strong passion for orthopedic physical therapy and is competent in treating patients among different age groups with diverse musculoskeletal issues, aiming to bring her patients to their highest function and wellness. She treats with a comprehensive approach that involves manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuro re-education, and movement control.  She is currently pursuing a clinical certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, and is excited to bring the most current and up-to-date knowledge and skills to her patients.

Outside the clinic, as a new resident in Washington state, she very much enjoys the greenery of the greaterSeattle area. She likes hiking, kayaking, camping, traveling, or just peacefully enjoying the sun and nature with a book.
