Alisha has been with PRN Physical Therapy since February 2024 and joined the Eastlake clinic in February 2026 as the Clinic Director. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2019. Prior to that, she earned her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Stonehill College in Easton, MA. Alisha enjoys working with patients with a variety of conditions and tailors treatment plans to each individual’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. When not treating patients in the clinic, Alisha enjoys spending time with her husband, her two young kids, and their bullmastiff.

Originally from Northern California, Jasmine Resuello Villanueva, PT, DPT, moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy in 2017. After graduation, she worked as a Physical Therapy Aide in Chula Vista, gaining experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting before pursuing her doctoral studies.

Jasmine later relocated to Loma Linda to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University. She joined PRN Physical Therapy Eastlake in January 2024.

Jasmine has experience treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions, including generalized weakness, vestibular and balance disorders, orthopedic injuries, stroke recovery, Parkinson’s disease, and sports-related injuries. She is committed to providing whole-person care with compassion, respect, and an individualized, evidence-based approach to help patients achieve their goals.

Outside of the clinic, Jasmine enjoys exercise and strength training, exploring local food spots, and spending quality time with her husband and their corgi.

Nikki is a PTA who has been working for PRN for about 1 year. She attended SDSU and SD Mesa college for her undergrad and attended Concorde Career College for her PTA program and graduated June of 2024. Nikki enjoys working with everyone and treating all cases, especially patients whose goals are to return to sports and sport like hobbies. She has the goal of obtaining Sports PTA certification CSCS within the year. In her spare time, she enjoys playing soccer, going to the gym, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Melanie received her Master's in Occupational Therapy and Bachelor's in Kinesiology from San José State University in Northern California. She worked as an aide and student intern in hand therapy clinics prior to attaining her license. She is also a certified personal trainer and worked in fitness for 7 years before becoming an occupational therapist. Melanie specializes in treating a variety of upper extremity diagnoses, and is currently working towards becoming a board-certified hand therapist (CHT) to better serve her patients. When not in the clinic, Melanie can be found at the gym, hiking or at the beach with her dog, cooking and/or eating, or cozied up at home with a cup of tea and a crafting project.

Don is a Physical Therapist and has been a part of our team since May of 2014. Achieving his Bachelors of Physical Therapy in the Philippines at Our Lady of Fatima University, Don has been practicing in the United States since 2007. He has had extensive training and experience in orthopedic and neurologic physical therapy and has been a great asset to our team, providing superior patient care with great results. When not treating patients in our physical therapy clinic, Don enjoys a great game of basketball, but is most often found spending time with his wife and two children.
